Setup Vaccinators at Your Location

The registration system allows each provider to manage the list of individuals performing vaccines at a particular site.

• To add a vaccinator click the “Add new record” button at the top of the grid.
• This will add a new row to the grid. Click within the row and add Last name, First name, and select the credentials for the individual.
• Click off the gird to save.
