COVID-19 Vaccine Registration
The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) is leading the State of New Mexico’s COVID-19 Vaccination Preparedness Planning in close collaboration with other state agencies, public, private and tribal partners throughout the state.
The Vaccine Registration App enables quick scheduling for the public, streamlined vaccine administration for providers, and immeadiate reporting for the state.

Streamline Coordination with the State of New Mexico
As NMDOH rolls out the COVID-19 vaccine in phases, individuals that have registered in the system will be notified to schedule their appointment in the application. Only locations that are in the application will be available for individuals to select from.
Currently there are over 130k registered individuals throughout the State of New Mexico that have registered.
NMSIIS Integration
The system is integrated with the State’s IIS (NMSIIS). Data is pushed daily from the registration app to NMSIIS, taking care of the state’s reporting requirement.
Free of Charge
The registration application is free to use for any provider that wants to use it.
