Setup Your Scheduling Capacity

The registration system allows each provider to set capacity limits per time slot within the schedule. This will ensure the location does not become overwhelmed at a particular time. Once the set capacity is reached, the time period will no longer be available to the public for scheduling.

• To set a default capacity for each time block, click the “Location Details” tab.
• Under location information, there is an option to set a default capacity limit. This limit will be applied to each time slot that is added to the locations calendar.
• At any point you can adjust capacity limits by clicking on a particular time slot and adjusting the capacity limit.
