The registration system allows each provider to set location information for their vaccine site.

Location Name & Default Capacity

• The Location Code is used by the public to streamline the registration by automatically selecting this location. All the user will need to select is the date and time.
• The location active checkmark will determine whether the location is active within the system. Only active locations will appear in the scheduling tools for users to select
• Selecting the Vaccines offered at the location will ensure informed consent for the individuals registering at this location. When a person registers, the VIS or EUA documentation will be made available based on the providers selection here. This means the VIS and EUA documentation will be available before and after the vaccine appointment.
