Appointment Overview
Page Purpose:
The appointment section of the site is designed to streamline the daily operation for the provider.

The page consists of a registration grid that contains all upcoming registrations for the location. By default the grid is filtered by the appointments that are scheduled for today.

However, you can see all appointments by changing the “Upcoming Appointments” filter to “All Upcoming Appointments”. When you apply the filter by clicking the blue search button the grid will update with all upcoming appointments for this particular location.

Filters allow you to search upcoming appointments by First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Appointment Status, Confirmation Code.

Once you locate a registration you are ready to administer a vaccine.
